I'm sure a lot of you have heard that the I-Rex has been rumored (emphasis on rumored) to have human dna, but fortunately not like the concept art you see of past JP4 ideas. Instead, the human dna purely adds intelligence, making it even smarter than the problem solving velociraptor. But who's dna would they use to splice with the I-Rex?I have a couple theories.
1.) The most practical would probably be Henry Wu's dna, as in the books and movies he's pretty much the mastermind and head of genetics for the park, and having his dna contributing his intelligence to the I-Rex to make it that much more menacing.
2.) A bit of a reach, but certainly the most interesting idea. They use dna from the now passed John Hammond, so that in a way he is now a part of the park that he once dreamed with the I-Rex having his dna. I'm not sure if the human dna is even true, it's most likely a rumor, but what a tribute to the park's founder it would be to splice his dna with their new hybrid dinosaur.
Those are just some thoughts I've cooked up about the rumor, and I'd be interested in feedback or even better, more ideas as to who's dna would be used. Thank you, and I'm happy to join the JW community as a life long Jurassic Park fan!
