MemberCompsognathusNov-16-2014 6:32 PMFirst things first, I think that in the film, they should not reveal what the D-rex looks like early on. They should only show it's glowing red eyes or other bits until it's ready. It'll help build up suspense. Also I believe there will be a mated pair of Tyrannosaurus in the film, due to the Visitor's center information booth having a male but the LEGO model being a female. What do you think?
NOAH ECKECKENRODE - There's definately some merit to your hypothesis! I'd greatly enjoy seeing a mated pair of Tyrannosaurs in the film! :)
Well, Acording to the Little Trailer Leak from Fans, It's supposed to be something like that, It's also supposed to have a Cameleon feature to it like in TLW Book.
They'd have to be pretty stupid to Fully reveal it early on.
I'd like to Coin the Phrase "In colin We trust" I have faith in his Directing and Writing skills.
They may show bits of the D-Rex, But I highly doubt they'd do it all at once.
For the Rexes, I think if they Had a mating Pair, It might be a good Idea, But Rexes would be a difficult animal to Domesticate. So, The Bull may just be a Steer Instead, As to Control breeding.

^I agree, Colin is doing a great job. I was hesitant at first, but as I heard more and more of the story, I now have complete faith in him.
Yes I agree with your assesments, Noah. As much as I want to see the full D-Rex, I don't want to be spoiled to early. I don't even think they should fully reveal him, until after the movie comes out.

Nice work noah, sort of what I said, glad to see others agreeing, here
http://www.jurassicworldnews.com/community/forums/topic/38809 Like we both said, lego's is brown, (female) brochure refers to King, male+green...
i can see them having both a male and female but i think it would be kind of hard to maintane and care for them
I want it to be charcoal black, the area of skin directly above all of its ribs are white and the area over its spine going from the back of the neck to the tip of the tail all white. With dark red eyes.
I'm not opposed to the idea of a Rex breeding pair.

I do think that there will be at least 2 T-rexes in JW, for breeding purposes, but the last thing the park's staff would want is to have both of them in the same enclosure. That would make things too dangerous for visitors, the staff, and to each other. It is always a risk when breeding does occur in zoos, because injuries and deaths do occur. I remember sevral years ago, my local zoo got this new male Sumatran tiger, and wanted him to breed with the resident female (who was a very beautiful specimen and a wonderful mother). They did get into a scuffle, and with one swipe of his paw, the new male broke her neck. She died on impact. Now imagine how much damage either Rex could do to each other if they lost their tempers...
Besides, even if they did get along fine, how would anyone be able to control their breeding with Mom and Dad hovering over the nest all the time?
