I doubt it. We have a guy who claimed to see the toy, had a picture sent to him, but he no longer has it?
It looks like the spitting mirror of a rex, i doubt this is legitamate.
Nature doesn't deceive us; it is we who deceive ourselves.
They look nothing alike really, though i do like the overall design of the second creature. Very allosaurid in body design

I think the second picture is a more likely canidate and will probably be what the beast ends up looking like.
It was done by a man named peter Konig, a conceptual artist that played a role in Jurassic Park 3D.
On his website, the creatures design is only labeled "Maquette, super sculpey" I'm not entirely sure what that means, but i think we're looking at some possible conceptual art for D-rex.
The jaws seem very similar, and even the sihlouette of the teeth seems similar to the maquette of Konig.

Unlikely that is the D-Rex. Something like I'm the image above posted by Carno seems more likely.
Jack of all trades. Master of none
I thinks it more likely the one Carnosaur posted
When life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade. Tell life I don't want you're damn lemons, and then squeeze them into life's eyes!
i kind of like carnosaurs one. it looks like an actual dinosaur and also mixes raptor and rex together. it almost looks like an albertasaur
D-Rex stands for Diabolous Rex(I think I spelled that right). It's a hybrid dinosaur being made for Jurassic World(a mix of T.rex, Cuttlefish, Velociraptor, and snake DNA).
d-rex is supposed to be genetic experiment with t-rex, raptor, snake, and cuttlefish dna. it was created to keep visitors to the park entertained and to keep more people coming
edit: you beat me to it lol
It's for the movie, not a fan made dinosaur. You don't have to ask us.
Can't we just wait to find out the real look in Summer 2015?
IT'S TIME TO DU-DU-DU-DU-DUEL!!!
some people like to be spoiled while others do not. for me seeing this stuff helps me get more pumped for the movie. as long as i dont see any actual scenes that ruins certain parts im fine
Id don't think its real, even if it wahs, the toy migth not be acurate or migth go true redsigns
In my oppinion its a cool design and I believe if that is what the toy looks like, then the movie creature will look similar.
The toy wont be 100% accurate because they will want to get the toys out when the film is released. And in that time they may of changed some parts of the design. Thats what happened with the older toys.
Hasbro probably got some behind the scene artworks or something like that, and thats what they had to work with.
overall I think we are just gonna have to wait until the film is released.
