Two Fan made Series are partnering up for this.

 

So, As many of you Ladies and Gents know, Our Forum is known for coming up with Fan "Weeks" Where we Make a week, and dedicate fan writings to it (And the Ocasional peice of art). 

 

This isn't just "Jurassic week", "Dinosaur week", Or "Dinosaur day" This is a Week long offcial countdown to when this movie kicks off.

 

Not Offcial count down, Our good Staff at Scified (Hats to Chris and The gang) Have been keeping up a count down.

 

But this is to kick off it's actually close.

 

In three hundred days:

You could destroy the world.

Float around in space

Serve a Sentince in jail

Serve overseas.

Float around in a Space jail for being Overseas illeagally.

You could Genetically create and birth a Dinosaur...

 

The possibilities are endless, And heres one of the many, more safer ones.

 

During this week, FBR & DWC Are teaming up for a Challange, This one is really worth it.

 

Ever heard of Chuck wagon racing?

Well, Thats got nothing to do with this. But, It did help to inspire.

 

In a Chuck wagon race, Theres 4 wagons and  Half mile of hell they must race across, Not sure what's going on, Please google it.

 

In a Timed competetion, Of say an hour, A writer must write And submit his/her's work. These Storys are Usually short, But are jammed with good stuff.

 

This challange beginning on August 14, Until August 21, Will have a 1 Hour time Competetion, With an Acceptance of Five Stories ( I know different Time zones, Everyone can enter, And From your pool and Time zone, You will be entered into a pool.)

 

We will have Two heats every night, The Last heat, Will be compiled of First and Second place winners from the prior night. 

 

The losers (Third and fourth place) Go into the First heat. These are Wild cards.

 

The person with the Most First stories wins, And then the Person who ahd the second most, ETC.

 

The top Two Winners from each night Get a Nice little Banner, Designed by FBR. With their name, Their Dinosaur, and which day they won it.

 

Oh ueah.

 

This is about dinosaurs.

 

We will only be accepting a Few (Possibly eight, I will only make 2 Exceptions), Thus there is only a few dinosaurs.

 

Like Chuckwagons, There will be A constrant with the dinosaurs.

 

Ie, Triceratops (Barrel 1)

T rex (Barrel 2)

Galliminus (Barrel 3)

Velociraptor (Barrel 4) 

 

Etc.

 

Now, The fun part.

 

Each writer must write about their dinosaur... In a given enviroment And Situation ever day.

 

Those who don't meet the deadline, Are disqualified for that night. But are still able to Compete.

 

We've got Space for Eight, Once those spots are filled, There is two Exceptions.

 

Enter AsAp. As to ensure Your spot.

 

(Exceptions will be handed out based on an Interview.)
