The Legacy of Raptor401: The Next Generation: Chapter 4

CHAPTER 4

SUMMARY: Tom and Levy just arrived at the “Real world”. They left Area 401.

Back at Area 401, two officials went to the scene of the crime. There was one dead girl, killed by a shot to the head. On the other side of the room was Nick, also dead. Next to him was a dead old man. The two officials looked around and saw in some pictures were the old man, the girl, and to other boys. They looked into the room where the old man had lived and found an old diary and read that the old man was Thomas.

“Wasn’t that the guy who f*cked up with creating some super dinosaurs for this place and his friend got creamed?”

“Yup, Look Derek, can you stop with all the cussing and the slang? I mean, it was funny the first few times, but not it’s seriously obnoxious. This is why nobody else wants to work with you. Maybe if you stopped with all of this the Boss would have given that promotion you wanted.” said Gary, the second Area 401 official.

“Aw, dawg, you no understand. I got keep fresh, it’s my style.” said Derek.

Gary rolled his eyes.

“You know what, I just give up. Go ahead, look like some moron.” said Gary.

Derek was a 19 year old boy, who enrolled in Area 401 because he had no other choice. He always tried to act like some stereo-typical African American man. Derek came from a troubled family. Gary didn’t know too much about his past and personal life, but he could tell Derek was probably a rebellious teenager. He told him stories of how his parents always tried to stop him from getting tattoos all over his body.

Gary was the same age. He enrolled in Area 401 to pay off for his sister’s medical payments for her disorders. She was born with so many problems, and he came from a poor family, anyways. He was very responsible. He became partners with Derek, hoping he could fix them. Of course now, he realized that wasn’t going to do much.

Gary and Derek went to the boss and they were now going to have to locate Levy and Tom. The problem was that since they were bred illegally, they didn’t have a special chip implanted in them so they could be easily located in the future. Now, Gary and Derek were going to have to bring them back to Area 401 for interviews. Gary and Derek inspected the outside of Area 401. They saw the human tracks of the boy’s sort of morph into…
