So what documentary had the most scientifacally accurate dinosaurs in your opinion? For me, it would be When Dinosaurs Roamed America. Reasons It showed Dilophosaurus as it was. A large, deadly predator that did not spit venom and have a big frill. [img]http://images4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20101211191123/raptorpedia/images/4/4b/Saurornitholestes.jpg[/img] It also had other feathered dinosaurs that aren't too well known like Nothronychus. [img]http://images3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20100520200748/dino/images/5/5d/Nothrora.jpg[/img] It also had very accurate Jurassic predators(namely Allosaurus and Ceratosaurus). They showed T-rex as the fast, smart, pack hunting, deadly predator it was. Jurassic fight club, or Planet Dinosaur. Jpfc is really good because it shows people using what bones tell them, even if some things are dramatized. And pd because it also uses what fossils tell them, except Spino being 11 tons of course.

JFC was really accurate too. I've only seen bits and pieces of Planet Dinosaur on Youtube to be honest. But I know most of it.

I've only seen bits too. And I would only watch it because it had Bradycneme, and well, dinosaurs.

Every documentary has at least one flaw. JFC used a lot of speculation, Planet Dinosaur portrayed Spinosaurus as a little too weak, Dinosaur Revolution was decent but, once again, used a little too much speculation and the animation wasn't as high quality as, say, Planet Dinosaur, Dinosaur Planet had clunky animation, WWD had the giant Liopleurodon and When Dinosaurs Roamed America is outdated in visual depictions and speculative at some parts (pack hunting T. rex) I'm just waiting for the next major documentary, showing feathery Yutyrannus, bristled ceratopsians, Oviraptors as clam and crab eaters, bipedal Postosuchus, Huaxiaosaurus and other newer dinosaurs and discoveries. I think either Dinosaur Revolution or Planet Dinosaur are the most accurate IMO.

I actually thought Dinosaur Planet was quite good. I thought it had good animation and information. A little speculative, but then again, most documentaries are. PS- In Dinosaur Planet: Alpha's Egg, the large carnivores are said to be Carcharodontosaurus. However, being that this takes place in S. America, not Africa, they are more likely Giganotosaurus. The animation wasn't really [size=50]bad[/size] so much as it was not top quality. Better than I could do, anyways.

Yeah. BTW, one of my friends is taking a class on computer programming and another on video game making. He said that he and I could work together to try and make dinosaur oriented games and maybe even movies/documentaries. He creates it, I make sure the dinosaurs are correct ;)

Wow DinoFights, big reaction from you, haha. The documentary I'd want to do the most is one where it goes through all the continents at different times. Something like this... Episode 1- Mid-Triassic S. America Episode 2- Early Jurassic Antarctica Episode 3- Mid-Jurassic Europe Episode 4- Late Jurassic Africa Episode 5- Early-Cretaceous Australia Episode 6- Mid-Cretaceous Asia Episode 7- Late-Cretaceous N. America

Let me guess, Eoraptor, Cryolophosaurus, Ceratosaurus, Aussie rex, Tarbo/Z rex, and T. rex. These aren't all the Dino's I would think, but just the main ones.

The main one's would be(in order of episode appearance) Eoraptor/Herrerasaurus Cryolophosaurus Eustreptospondylus Ceratosaurus Australovenator Tarbosaurus/Velociraptor Tyrannosaurus rex *Plus minor dinosaurs and background dinosaurs and animals(including a few sea creatures and air-borne ones). You got a fair amount of them Delta, but not all ;)
