Richard Levine was kind of an idiot character that could be in the JP4. Obviously people who have not read The Lost World will not know who Levine is.

It's hard to say. It might work out, but then again, it might not. He was in TLW book after all.

His inclusion is entirely dependent on the plot of the film.
